Enabling call blocking

With this feature, Bria blocks incoming calls with:

  • No number,
  • Anonymous Caller ID, and/or
  • Any number or SIP address you added to the block list.

You can block up to 10 phone numbers/SIP addresses in Bria. This block list is stored locally on your device; if you have Bria installed on multiple devices, you need to set this feature manually on each device.

Call History shows blocked calls.

Enable call blocking

  1. In Bria, tap Menu on the top left corner, then tap Settings.

  2. Go to Preferences - Incoming Call.
  3. Tap Call Blocking.
  4. Enable options and/or add numbers/SIP addresses to block.

To block a SIP address, include a domain name such as user@domain.com. This way, you do not unintentionally block calls from the same username with different domains.

Block a phone number or SIP address from History

From your call history, you can block a phone number or SIP address so that you will not receive future calls from them.

  1. Go to the History tab on the resource panel.

  2. Long-tap on the call entry you want to block.

  3. Tap Block... in the menu.

Bria adds this number to the block list.
