Setting up accounts
Bria Teams
Setting up accounts is done via Bria Teams Portal.
Bria Teams includes Team Voice and Team Messaging accounts. With Team Voice, you can make voice and video calls to other members of your team. With Team Messaging, you can share your presence and send IMs to other members of your team. If your administrator has configured an additional SIP account, you can use that account to make voice and video calls outside of your team.
Bria Solo
Setting up accounts is done via Bria Solo Portal.
What you configure in the Portal applies to all of your devices that you log in. No need to configure the app every time you get a new device.
Account type
A G-suite account can be used to provide Bria with access to the contacts in your account.
On Windows, an Outlook account can be used to provide Bria with access to the contacts in your address book. A Windows Outlook account is not required.
On Mac, your Mac Address Book account is used to import your contacts into Bria. The Mac Address Book account is automatically created in Bria.
