Managing contacts

Add, edit, and remove contacts in Bria. Any change made to a contact in Bria updates the device's contacts.

The Team List: The Team list is read-only, displaying Bria team members added by the administrator. Each Team member can update their own contact information using the Bria User Dashboard. To update your own contact information, see Managing your Bria profile.

Adding contacts

Manually add each contact in Bria, from the Contacts tab, the History tab, or Dial Pad. These contacts are also added to the device's contacts list.

Adding or editing avatars

If the contact does not contain an avatar, you can add an image to the contact.

Changing sort order or display order

You can customize the way contacts are displayed in Bria. For example, you can sort contacts by first name or last name, or change how names are shown.

Bria uses the iOS preferences that you set on your device.

Editing contacts

Updating Bria contacts also updates your device contacts. Some fields of a contact are read only in Bria and must be updated on the device's contact app instead; see Fields that must be updated in iOS for details. Team member details are read only and can only be updated by each member.

Deleting a contact

Delete your Bria contacts. This also deletes the contact in your device contacts. Team members are maintained by the administrator and therefore cannot be deleted.
