Managing your Bria profile

On Bria User Dashboard, team members can:

  • Download Bria apps
  • Change their password
  • Set their name
  • Add and remove contact information to share with the team
  • Upload a profile photo to share with the team
  1. Log in to the Bria User Dashoard.
  2. Tap the link in Apps / Download. The Google Play store opens.
  3. Install the app on your device.

You can now start communicating with other team members. If your administrator has configured an additional SIP account, you can send and receive calls outside of your team.

  1. Log in to the Bria User Dashoard.

  2. Tap on Change Password.

    The "Change Password..." button is beside the "Logout" button.

  3. Type in your existing password in Current Password.
  4. Type in your new password in New Password. Your new password must be at least 8 characters long, with at least one lower case character, one upper case character, and a number.
  5. Tap Update Password.

Your password is changed for both the Bria User Dashboard as well as the Bria apps.

  1. Log in to the Bria User Dashoard.

  2. Type the changes to your First Name and Last Name.

    "First Name" and "Last Name" are in the "Profile" section of the Bria Teams User Dashboard.

Your name is updated in the Bria User Dashboard and in Contacts in the Bria apps.

  1. Log in to the Bria User Dashoard.

  2. Tap Add Contact Info.

    The "Add Contact Info" button is in the "Personal Contact Info" section.

  3. Select Work, Home, Mobile or Email.

    The "Work", "Home", "Mobile", and "Email" buttons appear when you click "Select Type".

  4. Type in your contact details.

Your contact information is updated in the Bria User Dashboard and in Contacts in the Bria apps.

  1. Log in to the Bria User Dashoard.
  2. Hover over the contact information you want to delete.

  3. Click Remove Contact Information

    The "Remove Contact Information" button appears beside the contact information you want to delete.

Your contact information is updated in the Bria User Dashboard and in Contacts in the Bria apps.

  1. Log in to the Bria User Dashoard.

  2. Click on the profile picture.

    "Upload Avatar" - the profile picture - is in the Bria Teams User Dashboard header.

  3. Use your file manager to select the image you want to use for your profile.

Your image is added to your profile in the Bria User Dashboard and in Contacts in the Bria apps.
