Bria Teams

Bria includes a Team Voice and a Team Messaging account. Team Voice is used for audio and video calls to other members of your team. Team Messaging is used to share your presence status and messages with other members of your team. These two accounts are displayed in the Accounts tab. If your administrator has set up and additional SIP account, this additional account is also in the Accounts tab.

Within the additional SIP account, you can access Account Specific Features (SIP) and Call forwarding (SIP).

Bria Solo

The accounts page on the Bria client displays the SIP accounts for voice and video that you have configured using the Bria Solo Portal. This is view only. To change the configuration, go to Bria Solo Portal so that the changes will be provisioned to all of your devices.
