Downloading call statistics

You can download call statistics for your team. The statistics are downloaded to a CSV file and contain information such as call duration, call success and failure, network quality, video usage and codec usage. The statistics are for your Team Voice account as well as any additional SIP accounts that have been configured. The statistics indicate the user that placed the call rather than the SIP account the call was placed on.

If you have already generated a Call Stats File, you can download the existing Call Stats File instead of generating a new one.
