Settings and Preferences tab

Call recording. As a team administrator, you can now control whether Bria call recording is available to all team members. When available, they can record the audio of their calls. When call recording is disabled in the Bria Portal, no buttons and preferences will be shown within Bria.
Web browser tab. Add any URL in Bria for team members to access from within Bria, such as an employee time sheet or a list of contractors.

These features are available for the Bria Teams subscription. See Configuring call recording and web tab.

Settings and Preferences tab

Configurable call actions: the ability for team admins to configure star codes such as *98 to access voicemail center. These star codes are provided by your VoIP service provider. You can add these codes in Bria Portal so that your team members do not need to remember the code to dial.

Team Members tab

Added the Bulk Member Edit button where the team admin can add members, add voice configuration, give admin access, and more.
Added the Logout User's Devices button. This is helpful when the team admin wants to make sure that a team member receives all the up-to-date information entered in the Bria Portal.

Under the firewall options, the label has been changed from ICE to ICE (Auto).

Settings and Preferences tab

The Show SIP Domains setting now controls Mobile. With this change, end users no longer sees the Show URI domain setting on their mobile devices.

More settings for end users

End users can change the path to save call recording files and the files sent via file transfer.

On Desktop, go to Preferences > File locations.

Added Show SIP Domains for Desktop.

Now Bria Desktop clients do not show the domain of phone numbers and SIP URI by default. If you want to see domains on the Bria Desktop UI, such as incoming call and call history, you can change the default by changing the Show SIP Domains setting. For Mobile, you can change it from within Bria by going to Preferences > Show URI Domain.
